Return policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund along with a $50 fee for restocking Cooler Kegs.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be:

• new, unused, and undamaged

• in its original box with all packaging intact

• include receipt or proof of purchase

• approved for return by Cooler Keg

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order carefully as soon as you receive it. Email us at contact@thecoolerkeg.com within 3 days if anything in your order is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. 

If you have any trouble with the functionality of your Cooler Keg, simply send us a note at contact@thecoolerkeg.com. Our team will be happy to provide guidance and/or replacement parts per our limited 1-year warranty.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on special orders, custom items, gift cards, or hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 

Start a Return

To start a return, email contact@thecoolerkeg.com your original receipt along with the reason for return. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds

Once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund along with a $50 fee for restocking Cooler Kegs.
